    My current research projects pertain to one of five themes:

    1. Biogeography, conservation, and taxonomy of North American Plecoptera (Stoneflies)
    2. Comparative life cycle strategies of Plecoptera
    3. Landscape-level distribution of fish and macroinvertebrate assemblages of the Upper Green River Basin, Kentucky
    4. Ecology and constancy of aquatic macroinvertebrate assemblages at Mammoth Cave National Park
    5. Influence of alternative forestry harvesting practices on headwater stream structure and function
