ONLINE MATERIALS:
COURSE OBJECTIVES: Identify
the basic tissue types in humans and describe their organization
and function.
GRADING AND TESTING
PROCEDURE:Lecture
= 60% of final grade - three semester exams (essay and short
answer) and final exam (all short answer). 400 points total.
Laboratory = 40% of final grade - mid-term and final exams 100 points
each;
nine week quizzes 100 points each; 400 points total.
Semester Exams = lecture
and labs are non-comprehensive; both finals are 20%
comprehensive.
No outside work for
extra credit.
NO EATING OR DRINKING IN CLASS
NO WEARING HATS IN CLASS
NO TALKING ABOUT NON-COURSE MATTERS IN CLASS
NO SLEEPING IN CLASS
Grading Scale - 10 point scale = 90+ = A; 80 - 90 = B; etc.
The last day to drop
this course with a grade of “W” is MARCH 1, 2005.
